Custom Screen Printing

Whether you are needing just a few shirts or thousands of shirts we can handle it using our M&R automatic press that is capable of printing 250 shirts an hour.
You can either design the shirts yourself with our online design lab or one of our professional graphic designers on staff can design it for you. Once the design is ready, production occurs in-house in our modern facility. This is important because it means we control the process from start to finish (no outsourcing) so that your custom garments are delivered on time, every time. Screen Printing involves creating a stencil, known as a screen, and then using that screen to apply ink on the printing surface. Each individual color is applied using a different screen, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. The more colors a design has, the more screens that are needed, and the more setup time required.
